Answer: There are several important reasons for this.

1. A heart attack starts on the right side or the back wall of the heart. In this situation, problems such as pain in the right side of the chest, fast heartbeat, nervousness, difficulty breathing and low blood pressure may occur.

2. Lung infection. When this happens, along with pain in the right side of the chest, difficulty breathing and fever may occur.

3. Damage to the lung mucosa during an accident. Chest pain may be a sign of damage to the pleural mucosa. The pleura protects the lungs by covering them on both sides.

4. Pain in the right side of the chest can also occur due to stones in the gallbladder.

5. Strong acidity can also cause chest pain. This usually happens with or without food.

6. Accumulation of fluid in the pleura. It is also called pleural fusion. This may require immediate hospitalization.
